講出亞馬遜員工也在用的英文自我介紹

只要四句簡單的模板句子，
你就可以用很像美國人講話的方式介紹你的工作經驗

他用了一個講話架構我覺得很實用，而且還滿好上手的
所以我接下來要跟你分享怎麼利用那個架構
來創造你的版本的英文自我介紹
我們先來看一下那個亞馬遜員工怎麼介紹他自己
他是這樣說的：

🎈 For about the last 5 years, I was at Amazon.
I started out as a software development engineer.
And then I moved into a machine learning engineer role.
And I finally ended at a machine learning infrastructure and engineering role.
過去五年的時間裡，我待在亞馬遜
我一開始是當軟體開發工程師
然後我接著去了一個機器學習工程師的職位
最後我是到一個機器學習架構工程相關的職位

所以他一開始先講他在某個組織單位待多久時間
接著他繼續講他在第一個職位、第二個職位、第三個職位分別做甚麼工作

現在讓我分別解釋每句話給你聽～

第一個句子：在某個組織單位待多久時間

🎈 For about the last 5 years, I was at Amazon.
過去五年的時間裡，我待在亞馬遜

所以句子的規則是：

🔑 For about the last ______ (years), I was at 某個組織單位
過去多久的時間裡，我待在某個組織單位

你可以造個句子像是：

👉 For about the last two years, I was at HTC.
過去兩年的時間裡，我待在HTC

或是如果你之前待過兩個以上的組織單位，你可以說：

👉 For about the last 2 years, I was at HTC and Dell.
過去兩年的時間裡，我待在HTC和Dell

👉 For about the last 5 years, I was at a couple of startups.
過去五年的時間裡，我待在幾間新創公司

第二個句子：一開始的職位

🎈 I started out as a software development engineer.
我一開始是當軟體開發工程師

句子規則是：

🔑 I started out/off as a 某個職務名稱
我一開始是當某個職務

我用 “started off as …” (我一開始當…) 這個句型來講
我在職涯一開始的時候是接下什麼職位

你可以造個句子像是：

👉 I started off as a marketing specialist.
我一開始是當行銷專員

👉 I started off as a customer support at a cross-border e-commerce company.
我一開始在一間跨境電商公司當客服

👉 I started off as a mechanical engineer on the product team.
我一開始在產品部門當機械工程師

第三個句子：接下來的職位

🎈 And then I moved into a machine learning engineer role.
然後我接著去了一個機器學習工程師的職位

這句話一開始說 “And then” (然後) 來描述
我在離開第一個職務後接著做了甚麼

然後我用 “I move into (a position) + role” (我接著去了某個職位)
來跟大家講我轉去哪個職位

你可以造個句子像是：

👉 And then I moved into a program manager role.
然後我接著去了一個專案經理的職位

👉 And then I moved into a sales role on the DRAM team.
然後我接著去了在記憶體部門的業務職位

👉 And then I moved into a senior engineer role at XYZ company.
然後我接著去了在XYZ公司的資深工程師職位

第四個句子：最後到了甚麼職位

🎈 And I finally ended at a machine learning infrastructure and engineering role.
最後我是到一個機器學習架構工程相關的職位

我用 “I finally ended at a (name of the position) + role” (最後我是到某個職位)
來描述我在職涯最後一個階段做的職位是什麼

你可以造個句子像是：

👉 I finally ended at a regional director role.
最後我是到一個地區總監的職位

👉 I finally ended at a manager role at HP.
最後我是到一個在HP的主管職位

👉 I finally ended at a tech lead role on the ads team.
最後我是到一個在廣告部門的技術負責人職位

現在讓我來舉個例子把剛剛教過的句型串起來用～

假設我是一個工程師
我想講我在不同的公司待多久時間
然後我想快速帶過我在每間公司做了甚麼

我可以這樣說喔：

🎈 For about the last 5 years, I was at ABC company and HP.
I started off as a mechanical engineer on the product team at ABC company.
And then I moved into a senior engineering role.
And I finally ended at a tech lead role at HP.
在過去五年的時間裡，我待在ABC公司跟HP
我一開始在ABC公司的產品部門當機械工程師
然後我接著去了一個資深工程師的職位
最後我是到一個在HP的主管職位
